Stirling Karlsen – Team Leader

Born and raised in Calgary, Stirling was bitten by the Real Estate bug in 2003 with the purchase of his first fixer upper home. Stirling’s ability to see past a bad paint job and messy home has served him and his clients well by being able to envision a home’s potential. With the idea of helping others, he took the Real Estate course with Mount Royal College in 2004 and has kept himself up to date by continually upgrading his skills with additional Real Estate Courses such as the ABR (Accredited Buyers Representative Course), CCS (Certified Condominium Specialist Course) and SRS (Sellers Representative Course). Stirling’s knowledge about the Real Estate industry, creative thinking, and caring about his clients have helped him to continue to grow his business and his clients achieve many of their own individual Real Estate goals. As a devoted husband and a father of 4 amazing children, the balance of work and family time is critical. Stirling loves to help out by coaching and volunteering with his children’s various sports and activities.


Chester – Marketing and Transaction Coordinator

Chester has discovered a passion for Real Estate. Growing up as a techie, Chester’s extensive computer experience helps keep the team up to date and organized by utilizing effective and upcoming hardware and software. Chester can be found working on the back end from Real Estate Assistance to Marketing which helps allow Stirling to have more time with his clients. In his spare time, Chester can be found spending time with his family, playing sports, or continuing to develop more computer and marketing skills.


Angie – Client Coordinator

A passion for design and fashion are huge strengths of Angelie’s. Her ability to multi-task is a marvel to behold. Balancing work with raising their 4 crazy kids, seems to come easy for her. Angelie helps with interior designing and staging homes as they are prepared to come to market. Helping run a Real Estate business is similar to running a home. Everyday requires certain planning and scheduling, but also the ability to adapt and make details that seemed impossible to achieve almost too easy. Angelie helps run the behind the scenes work, so the rest of the business can run smoothly. Her years of experience in the banking industry, has been a major asset to the business and helps us to work with more systems in a business that can often be all over the map.

Everyone who has ever been fortunate enough to come to one of her planned parties, has been blown away by the amount of work, details and incredible food she prepares every time. She has also been crucial by managing investment properties,] and screening tenants for ourselves and our clients. Angelie has a passion for travelling and is a master at finding the best possible deals on flights, hotels and the best sites to see. Growing up abroad, gave her the same desire to explore the world and to share it with her family and friends. Angelie has been the best possible partner in life and Real Estate. Nothing that our family has achieved in life has come easy, but if it did, it wouldn’t be as rewarding for us and those we have been lucky enough to help.
